A generous amount is provided in that 30 gram bag! A pleasing mix that is mildly tangy, a pleasant rather than overpowering fragrance. The items assimilated well into the brine, and I expect a flavorful result in the several veggies I am trying. Insspect that less sugar is needed, than is called for on the recipies…trial and error, suit to taste, YMMV on that one!
