It is easy to add flavors to your cheese.  Just add the package to your cheese after the initial whey drain and mix.  1 package can flavor 1kg of cheese.  You can adjust the amount of mix to the cheese according to your taste.  You can use this with your soft cheese, semi-hard cheese, and hard cheese.
