Vacuum Seal an Umai Dry Aging Bag without a Vacuum Sealer

We showed you how to vacuum seal an Umai Dry Aging Bag using the immersion method.  Here’s another way!

Use a cheap (or free) air mattress inflator.  This really works as you can see in the video.  All that’s needed is an Umai Dry Aging Bag, A Zip Tie.  And a nice subprimal.  In this case, a nice Thai Ribeye.  Umai Dry Aging Bags make even Tough and Tasteless Thai Beef into an AMAZING steak.
