The perfect mat for aging or moulding your cheese. With the dimensions or 24cm x 24cm, you can fit 1 larger cheese or up to 4 smaller ones.
You can use the Bamboo Cheese Mat to place on the bottom of your mould to let the whey drain out. You may want to get 2 mats in case you have a cheese that you’ll need to flip several times.
This is also great to line the bottom of your cheese aging container to keep your cheese out of the whey that may drain out.
