Payments
You have a choice of paying with a credit card using Paypal or Bank Transfer if you are in Thailand.
With Paypal, you do not need an account and payment is secure with PayPal’s Buyer Protection guarantee. You will be directed to PayPal’s site to make the payment and then return to Thai Artisan after payment is complete.
If you are in Thailand, you have the option of paying with bank transfer. This is for Thai bank to Thai Bank ONLY. Once you have made your order, you will see the bank information on the final checkout. You will also get an email that includes bank information. No charge from us for this service but your bank might charge a service fee.

PromptPay
If you are in Thailand and have a Thai Bank Account, your bank’s mobile app makes it easy to send payments to Thai Artisan Foods and Supplies. This is called PromptPay. With PromptPay, you scan the QR code with your bank app and money is transferred instantly and safely. No credit card transaction is needed.
The below QR code is the generic Thai Artisan PromtPay QR. The QR that you receive after the order will have the amount of the order fixed. With the QR below, you enter any amount you want to send. If you want to send a test, you can send as little as 1 satang (0.01 baht). Give it a try if you want to test it out.
Why are there satangs (cents) added to the total?
A random satang amount is added to distinguish one payment from another in direct bank transfers. Say we get 2 orders for 150 baht but receive only one transfer of 150. We wouldn’t know which order would be credited unless the customer sent us an email or txt. With the random satang, one of those orders wound be 150.35 and the other would be 150.71. Now when we get the deposit, we know exactly what order is credited as paid.
How we ship
We ship using Thai Post. For domestic orders in Thailand, this is done using standard EMS. After your package has been shipped, you will get an email with your EMS number. You can also find the tracking number from the orders page on your dashboard here online. Average shipping time is 3 days after dropping off at the post office. Free standard shipping is available. This is by ground so it is slower and can take up to 2 weeks in Thailand. Standard shipping is not trackable so we cannot help if the package doesn’t show up and we’re not able to offer refunds for non-delivery. It’s cheaper but not as secure as EMS shipping. The exception is with Sanctuary Farms Kombucha which is shipped for free with Kerry Express that includes tracking.
When we ship
We ship every day except Weekends and holidays. All payments must be received before 7AM to be shipped that day. Payments received after 7AM will be shipped the next shipping day.
Free Shipping vs EMS
We offer some products with free shipping. This is done with standard shipping with no tracking and is done at your own risk. EMS shipments are done with quicker delivery and has a tracking number you will receive once shipped. With Free Shipping, we cannot help with finding a package shipped this way, sorry. With EMS, we can try to locate the package that has not been delivered online and by going directly to the post office. We can guarantee a delivery of packages sent by EMS, but not with free delivery. But hey, it’s FREE!
Returns
Full refund for all items returned in unopened packages for 10 days.

You will find your download links in 3 areas:
1. After your checkout is complete
2. In your completed order email
