Want creamy sweet yogurt using fresh yogurt starter?  This is what you need!

Yogurt is a wonderful treat that you do not have to feel guilty about.  You can eat it alone or add fresh fruit to make it even more refreshing.  If you strain your yogurt properly, you can change yogurt to Greek Yogurt and then on to Yogurt Cheese.  Delicious!

You get 5 single dose direct set pack.  Each pack can culture 1-2 liters of milk.  And it’s easy to do even if you do not have a yogurt machine:

  1. Heat milk to 43C, add 1 packet of culture.
  2. Maintain the temperature of milk at 43C for 6-8 hours.
  3. Cool in the refrigerator.
  4. Enjoy!

Here in Thailand because of our warmth, you can actually leave the yogurt out in the warm spot around the house.  It may take longer, such as overnight, but it’ll eventually culture.  Give it a try.

    Made the yogurt with 1.5 liter of milk however the result was a very thin Yogurt even after cooling ( like ‘drinking’ Yogurt) so had to drain it a lot, I used other cultures before but this one not what i expected ….
