Sheep casings are thinner and smaller than the hog casings and are used for sausages such as breakfast sausages.  Despite the size, many claim the taste is superior compared to the hog casings.  Each casing is approximately 22mm x 2.5 meters long.  Use with 12mm or less stuffing tube.

As always, follow directions for soaking prior to stuffing as per your recipe directions requires.
