38mm Hog (or pig) casings are the most common type of casings used to stuff sausages such as Italian or polish sausages.   It is larger and thicker compared to sheep casings.  Each casing comes in approximately 38mm with 1 meter lengths. Use with 19mm or smaller stuffing tube.

Follow directions for soaking prior to stuffing as per your recipe directions requires.
