For all you vegetarian cheese lovers, we have a vegetarian rennet for you to make vegetarian cheese, which is VERY difficult to find in Thailand and SE Asia.

This microbial rennet uses coagulant enzymes created by the fermentation of Rhizomucor miehei.  This will produce curds just like the calf rennet does, but no animals were harmed or used in the production of this product.

You use this in the same quantity as single strength natural calf rennet.
